Terms & Conditions of Random Drawings. Each month we randomly select a winner from readers who send us the answer to the monthly question "Where is the Smiley Hiding?" in the current magazine issue, PLUS any surveys submitted for the month. Odds of winning are 1: the number of submissions. The prize is a Hello Neighbor Tee Shirt valued at $20. Random winner selection will take place the last day of the month after 8 PM central time in the State of Texas by hand-draw of numbered pegs associated with assigned numbered entries received from website forms. Limited to ONE entry per person per month. Winners be notified by email and/or telephone. Prizes will be mailed by US Postal Service. Contests run from the 1st to the last day of each month. Prizes are mailed within 30 days following. Winner names are not publicized. Any questions should be directed to the Publisher. Contest complies with the State of Texas Statutes Chapter 621.
